What I Can Post About

The purpose of this group is to discuss the daily life of being in rideshare with like-minded drivers. Remember to keep it FRIENDLY & POSITIVE, and of course we love to hear about your positive Byrd experiences! Negative comments and comments that violate or encourage violating the Byrd terms of service may be removed. Comments that violate the terms of service may result in removal from the platform. No Hate Speech Or Bullying

Bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Degrading or aggressive comments about things like intelligence, appearance, race, religion, politics, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Threats of harm and / or violence can result in removal from both the Agents/Drivers group and the Byrd platform.

No Promotions or Spam

Personal referral codes, self-promotion, fundraising / gofundme pages, spam, irrelevant links, links to join outside groups or industry competitors & businesses are not allowed. If in doubt, contact support before posting.

Support Each Other & Be Respectful

We’re building a supportive community of rideshare drivers. Please treat everyone with respect! Keep your language respectful and friendly, and your comments constructive.

No Politics

Avoid discussion of politics; policies and legislation DIRECTLY related to rideshare are permitted, but must stick to the issues. No partisan talking points, or attacks on political figures & ideologies

No Organizing Strikes or Protests

Drivers have differing opinions on whether or not proposed laws & organized labor actions by rideshare drivers are beneficial or effective. We are not in a position to take sides on the matter and want to keep our forum neutral and welcoming for all.

No Graphic Images

Please refrain from posting images of vomit, violence, medical issues, etc. Disturbing images will be removed and repeated offenses may result in you being muted or removed.

Don't Be Shady

Promotion of fraud or other illegal activity is not permitted. DMing other members in an attempt to sell, coerce, or proposition them without their consent will result in removal from the group.

Questions about your specific dashboard, referrals, earnings, or account/driver-specific questions should NOT be posted. ⚠️ DMs and Tags are not monitored by any other Byrd team member ⚠️ Please submit a support ticket if you have questions, feedback, or complaints.

We reserve the right to lock or remove any post or comment that generates excessive member conflict or rule-breaking replies, even if the post or comment itself is within the listed group rules or if conflict was sparked unintentionally.
