GHC - Byrd Recruiter Commission Agreement

This Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of today between Grandhart Consulting LLC dba Byrd Services ("Byrd") and you ("Recruiter").

1. Independent Contractor Status:

The Recruiter acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Byrd. The Recruiter is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and expenses related to their services.

2. Services:

The Recruiter will provide recruitment services to Byrd, which include sourcing, screening, and referring potential Byrd Agents (drivers) to the Byrd platform.

3. Commission :

Using your referral code [BARNID]  as reference the Recruiter will be compensated based on the tiered new Byrd Agent commission structure:

4. Payment Terms:

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, within [10] days of the end of each month.

5. Termination:

• Byrd may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of Byrd's policies.

6. Miscellaneous:

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.  

• This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the Recruiter without Byrd's prior written consent.

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
